THE MAYBACH PRO-AM CITY POLO CHAMPIONSHIPS SHOW OFF TOP CITY PLAYERS - 8th Sept 2007

The Maybach Pro-Am City Polo Championships, held each year at Ascot Park Polo Club, offers a unique corporate hospitality opportunity where your guests can watch some exciting polo, and even learn to play themselves, in a friendly and welcoming environment - an unforgettable experience!

 They can also indulge themselves in the shop- ping village and dine in one of the hospitalty marquees, while their children are entertained at the fun-fair.

Corporate Hospitality With up to 20 teams competing from within the City and with over 1000 spectators, this is one of the biggest polo events of the season.

 The Event

The Maybach VIP Champagne Marquee offers guests an opportunity to enjoy polo in an elegant but relaxed atmosphere with field-side viewing.

Welcomed with a champagne reception at 12.30pm, there will be the opportunity to try out polo for yourself in the ‘Have a Go’.

A delicious three course waitress served luncheon will be enjoyed before the 12-15 goal ’Battle of the Titans’ exhibition match and the day will end with an afternoon tea and prize presentation to all the winning players.

The Foxhills Players’ Picnic Marquee offers a selection of exquisite Foxhills picnic hampers allowing for a relaxed,informal occasion,with a staffed bar close at hand. All hampers are presented with a luxury cooler bag, still water and half a bottle of wine to celebrate the occasion. Additional wine can be purchased by guests on the day from the cash bar and a vegetarian option is available on request.

Indulge your guests in a truly memorable day by giving them the opportunity to experience polo for themselves. All spectators will be welcome to get on a crate to learn the polo swing or even get on a polo pony and try it out for themselves.

‘Learn to Play’ Polo - A selection of guests could then compete in the Maybach Pro-Am City Polo Championships to represent your company. This involves playing four match chukkas at the specifed level. The team will included a polo professional to play alongside the newly trained players.

Entry fee will be £450 plus VAT. Entry into Maybach Pro-Am City Polo Championships Your company’s polo team will have the opportunity to wear branded team shirts to represent your company in the finals. Your company’s polo team will have branding on the scoreboard and in the event programme. In addition, there is an opportunity for full event branding, if required.

Team Branding

Never ridden a horse? No problem. Corporate‘Learn to Play’days are fun and ideal for team building, networking and gives your company the opportunity to o er something truly unforgettable and individual. By the end of the day, you could be playing chukkas without any prior riding experience and enjoying our superb hospitality including our Argentinean BBQ Asado, champagne prize presentation & afternoon tea. You can take with you a Certi cate of Particpation, CD of photos, and a trophy. Corporate ‘Learn to Play’Polo Days The training days can be a one-o corporate experience or, if desired, can lead to your company entering a team into the Maybach Pro-Am Polo City Championships.
