Winter Professionals at Ascot Park

Ascot Park welcomes two well-known players to APPC this winter. Many will already be acquainted with Roddy Matthews (pictured right after Club chukkas at Ascot Park) from last winter. For those who have not already met him, Roddy plays off an arena handicap of 5 goals. He is one of the UK's best-known polo pony trainers and contributes a monthly column on the subject in Polo Times. Gloucestershire-based 6 goaler Jason Dixon will also be based at APPC for the winter. An impressive horseman, Jason will be well-known by many Ascot Park instructors as he is one of the elite six HP A Council members whose job it is to test the teachers! Both players will be participating in Club Chukkas at the weekends and weekdays and will be willing to play in tournament teams with members.
